Join our team as a Contract Manager
We are currently looking for Contract Manager professionals in State and Federal Government contracts, to navigate into the complex world of government agreements. From negotiating terms to ensuring compliance, you'll be a key player in driving successful project outcomes.
Your new role
- Keep everyone in the loop with regular reports on contracts and sort out any issues that pop up.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, making sure we play by the government's rules.
- Stay on top of ever-changing government regulations, ensuring our contracts are always above board.
- Build and maintain good relationships with government agencies, contractors, and our own team.
- To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen.
- Additionally, hold a current Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
What you'll bring to the team?
- Keep an eye on how contracts are doing, set up performance metrics, and make things better if needed.
- Spot potential risks, figure out how to deal with them, and work with others to keep everything on track.
- Manage contracts from start to finish, keeping records up to date and making sure we close things out properly.
- Know the ins and outs of federal and state regulations.
- Great negotiator and communicator.
- Sharp thinker with an eye for detail.
